Starting the journey toward improved mental health can feel daunting; however, you don’t have to face it alone. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours at your own pace.
I specialize in supporting pre-teens, teenagers, adults, and the elderly population, including individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-discovery. I approach each session with empathy, genuineness, and respect, tailoring my methods to meet your unique needs. Together, we can foster resilience and cultivate meaningful change.
My counselling journey began with my understanding of living under a dark cloud and a desire to channel my natural empathy and active listening skills to help others find light and hope. As a student in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University, I am completing my practicum under supervision. This hands-on training allows me to blend fresh perspectives with evidence-based practices to support your growth.
Reaching out for support is a courageous first step. Let’s navigate this journey together, building the tools and confidence you need to thrive. I would be honoured to walk alongside you—feel free to reach out for a consultation to see if we’re the right fit.
